Dr. Norbert Haukenfrers

Director of Personal and Cultural Transformation

Dr. Norbert Haukenfrers was raised in a German immigrant family in Northern B.C., with experience as a Construction Superintendent on large interprovincial projects in B.C, AB, SK, and ON and a Marine Engineer in ON.

Currently, serving as the Incumbent priest at St. Peter’s, Okotoks, the Okotoks RCMP detachment and National Board Chair for Threshold Ministries.

Norbert has earned a doctorate in Semiotics and Future Studies and a Masters in Spiritual Theology with over 20 years of pastoral and counselling experience in the areas of advanced trauma and PTSD.
